Abstract

º´¿ø°¨¿°À̶õ ȯÀÚ³ª º´¿øÁ÷¿øµéÀÌ º´¿ø³»¿¡¼­ ȹµæÇÏ°Ô µÇ´Â °¨¿°À» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù. AIDS°¡ ÁÖ·Î Ç÷¾×À» ÅëÇØ °¨¿°µÇ´Â ¹ÙÀÌ·¯½º ÁúȯÀ̶ó´Â °Í°ú ÀüÆÄ°æ·ÎµéÀÌ ¾Ë·ÁÁüÀ¸·Î¼­ È¿°úÀûÀÎ º´¿ø°¨¿°°ü¸®¸¦ ÅëÇÏ¿© AIDS·Î ÀÎÇÑ º´¿ø°¨¿°ÀÇ ±âȸ¸¦ °¨¼Ò½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ°Ô µÇ¾ú´Ù. AIDS¿Í °ü·ÃµÈ º´¿ø°¨¿° °ü¸®ÁöħÀº º´¿ø³»ÀÇ °¢ »óȲ¿¡ ÀûÇÕÇϵµ·Ï ±¸Ã¼ÀûÀÌ°í ½ÇÁúÀûÀ¸·Î ÀÛ¼ºµÇ¾îÁ®¾ß ÇÏ°í °¢ Áø·áÇöÀå¿¡¼­ ÁöÄÑÁ®¾ß¸¸ ÇÑ´Ù.
Nosocomial infection is an infection associated with admission to health care facility. It is not known to be present or incubating at the time of admission.
HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus) transmission spreads through parenteral exposure, sexual contact and perinatal exposure. HIV virus has been isolated from all body fluid. However only blood and blood products have been linked to the transmission of HIV.
Every hospital should prospectvely address the policy and management issues
raised by tretment of patients with AIDS or HIV infection. Police and practices
that reduce health care worker and patients in hospital exposure to blood and body fluids of all patients should be developed.
Precautions and guidelines for all situations should documanted. There are include in ward, ambulatory setting, dialysis unit, clinical laboratories, house keeping, laundary and waste disposal etc. We groped for management of HIV infection in the hospital reffered to AHA( American Hospital Association), CDC(Centers for Disease Control), OSHA( Occupational Safety and Health Admin- istration) and guideline for AIDS in Severance hospital aspect of nosocomial infection control.
